The route services may be used to retrieve distances, travel times and navigation instructions between points.
Service Name | Description |
Ranks points by distance from a given point | |
Returns a route based on startpoint, endpoint, optionally passing through waypoints and/or avoiding avoidpoints | |
| Alternate Routes | Generate alternatives to an existing primary route, optionally including instructions to control percentage of deviation from primary route |
| Waypoints | Optimize the order of waypoints between a startpoint and endpoint, by shortest, fastest or on foot. |
NOTES
 Five additional services are available via HTTP GET, to return information based on an id retrieved from a previous route request. For more information, see Route by handle.
